Welcome to the all-new Red Oak Youth Sports Academy. Red Oak is more than a season. It is a place where young athletes can learn, belong, compete, and grow through sport. Our Own the Sky experience follows one clear rhythm. Monday through Friday builds the young person. Sunday builds the football player. During the week, athletes receive short age-appropriate lessons, real-world missions, football position connections, and a clear answer to one important question. What should I do today? On Sunday, coaches bring those ideas to life through football-first instruction, correction, competition, and connection. Around every athlete is a community we call the 12th Man, parents and guardians, coaches and mentors, volunteers, sponsors and donors, schools, civic partners, neighbors, and supporters. The 12th Man creates opportunity through encouragement, service, and support. It never controls a child's curriculum access, recognition, or progress. Families receive useful context without turning private reflection into a scorecard. Fundraising supports safe, consistent program delivery while the curriculum remains focused on athlete development. Together, we are building one connected Red Oak experience. Grow together. Rise together.

ROOTED IN RED OAK

More than
the game.

Monday through Friday builds the young person. Sunday builds the football player.

Our academy connects youth sports with preparation, respect, accountability, and the confidence to keep learning. Own the Sky brings those lessons into everyday life, then position camps turn preparation into practice.

For parents, that means a clear path: understand the program, choose the right age group, and confirm the details with the academy before registering.

ONE WEEK. A CONNECTED JOURNEY.

Learn it. Live it. Play it.

Approximately 30 minutes each weekday.

Monday · Know it

Understand the idea.

A short Own the Sky story introduces the week’s theme. A personal check-in helps athletes connect it to their own lives.

Life development comes first. Weekday learning emphasizes character, confidence, and everyday skills. Football preparation builds anticipation for live coaching.

THE 12TH MAN · HOME × SCHOOL × FIELD

Recognize the growth.
Celebrate the person.

Effort. Character. Growth. Leadership.

The 12th Man is the community around each child. Recognition begins in schools, where effort, character and growth are seen. Coaches reinforce that recognition, while families, mentors, volunteers, donors and partners help the child keep growing.

Recognition celebrates improvement and positive contributions. It is independent of family giving, donations, and fundraising.
